Our Story

Empowering Healthier Lifestyles

I’m a degreed engineer working full-time in sales, with a serious side hustle: helping people cut through the noise around food, fitness, and health.

 

I started Changes Made Simple because I’ve been where a lot of my clients are—caught in the loop of chasing results, jumping from one plan to the next, and feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting info out there. I spent years trying to “get it right,” only to burn out and end up back at square one.

 

Eventually, I learned how to build a sustainable way of eating and moving that actually fit my life—and didn’t require me to give up everything I enjoyed. Now I help others do the same.

 

My coaching style is collaborative, practical, and straight to the point. I’m not here to hand you a cookie-cutter plan or push perfection. I’m here to help you figure out what works for you—based on your goals, your lifestyle, and what you’re realistically ready for. Whether you're brand new to this or just need a smarter, more sustainable approach, I'm in your corner.
